单纯切开复位治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折

目的：探讨单纯切开复位治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的临床应用可行性与疗效。方法：采用单纯切开复位手术治疗O’brien分型为Ⅱ、Ⅲ型的儿童桡骨颈骨折30例。术中借助克氏针撬拨复位，所有病例术中均未采用任何内固定物行骨折内固定。结果：本组30例桡骨颈骨折患儿，复位良好26例，较好3例，不良1例。功能恢复良好24例，较好3例，一般2例，不良1例。优良率为90％。所有患儿骨折均愈合，无畸形，无桡骨头骨骺早闭及骨桥形成，无骨化性肌炎发生。结论：单纯切开复位手术治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的方法可行，且安全、有效，有利于骨折修复及功能康复。值得临床推广应用。

Haplotomy and Reduction for Fracture of Chidren＇s Collum Radii

Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effect and feasibility of haplotomy and reduction for treatment of fracture of chidren＇s collum radii. Methods：30 patients with O＇brien type land m fracture of collum radii underwent open reduction with Kirschner wire by leverage. No internal fixation was used in all of the cases. Results： Result of reduction was evaluated as excellent 26 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in 1 case. The function recovered as excellent in 24 cases, good in 3 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was about 90%.No abnormalities, ossifying myositis, early arrest of growth plate and bony were noted. Conclusion：This method is effective and safe for treating fracture of chidren＇s collum radii, which is worth to spread in clinic.
