光固化可压缩复合树脂的耐磨性

摘    要:目的:测定两种新型光固化可压缩复合树脂(Surefil,Solitaire)与用于比较的两种混合型牙复合树脂(Z100,CC-4P),两种前牙复合树脂(Durafil,CC-4BA)和银汞合金的磨耗率。方法:材料的磨耗试验(每组样品为5个)使用第四军医大学口腔医学院研制的牙刷磨耗试验机,加荷200g,磨刷75000次,所有实验结果均采用Student-Newman-Keuls方法进行统计处理。结果:银汞合金显示出了最低的磨耗率(P<0.01),可压缩复合树脂的磨耗率明显低于其他复合树脂(P<0.01)。结论:光固化可压缩复合树脂的耐磨性明显优于其他类型复合树脂,但明显低于银汞合金。

Abstract:AIM To determine the wear rate of two new light cured packable composites (Surefil and Solitaire) in comparison with two hybrid composites (Z100 and CC 4P), two anterior composites (Durafil and CC 4BA) and an amalgam. METHODS Wear of the materials ( n =5) was deter mined using a toothbrushing machine (made by Fourth Military Medical University) with a load of 200 g for 75 000 cycles. All results were statistically analyzed with Student Newman Keuls. RESULTS The amalgam exhibited the lowest wear rate ( P <0.01). The packable composites revealed a significantly lower wear rate than other composites used in the experiment ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION The wear resistance of packable composites is significantly higher than that of other composites, but lower than that of amalgam.
