| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单开门棘突重建椎管扩大成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病围手术期的护理工作及其重要意义。方法对31例脊髓型颈椎病患者进行术前心理护理、体位训练及颈椎病术后的常规观察和特殊护理。结果31例患者都能较好地配合手术医师安全渡过手术期,术后无一例出现并发症。结论高度重视颈椎病围手术期的护理工作是手术顺利进行、减少术后并发症、提高手术成功率的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the importance of nursing for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) of expansive open-door laminoplasty with reconstruction of spinous process during perioperation.Methods 31 CSM cases were given psychological care,limb practice,conventional observations after CSM operations,and special nursing guide before operations.Results All cases were very cooperative in operations and live through the perioperation period successfully without any complications.Conclusions The great importance attached to the nursing for treatment of CSM during perioperation is a significant guarantee for a smooth operation without any complications and a high success rate of operations. |
