结节病的临床与病理诊断分析

目的研究结节病的临床与病理特征及骨骼肌活检在结节病诊断中的作用。方法对2例结节病患者进行骨骼肌组织活检，快速液氮／异戊烷冰冻连续切片，组织化学、免疫组织化学染色分析。结果肌束膜、肌内膜下炎性细胞浸润，形成若干由上皮样细胞和巨细胞组成的内芽肿，其内可见活化的辅助T细胞。结论结节病是与T细胞免疫有关的炎性反应性疾病。骨骼肌活检是最直接、最有效、最方便的确诊方法。

Analysis of clinical and pathological diagnosis on sarcoidosis

Objective To investigate clinical manifestations and pathological changes of sarcoidosis and the effect of skeletal muscle biopsy in the diagnosis. Methods Skeletal muscle specimens were obtained by skeletal muscle biopsy from 2 patients with sarcoidosis.The skeletal muscle biopsy specimens were immediately frozen in isopentance cooled with liquid nitrogen and then sectioned.Serial frozen sections were stained with histochemical staining and immunohistochemical method. Results Inflammatory cells were observed in the perimysium and endomysium, and there were many granulomas composed of epithelioid cells and giant cells,among which activated helper T cells were seen. Conclusion Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory disease associated with T cell immunication. Skeletal muscle biopsy is a very direct, efficient, convenient means in the diagnosis.
