硬膜外胶原酶介入溶核术与椎板减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的对照研究

目的：探讨非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新技术。方法：用硬膜外胶原酶介入溶核技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，并与椎板减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行对照研究。结果：治疗组治疗前后直腿抬高试验与视觉模拟评分有明显改善，治疗组与对照组疗效无显著性差异。结论：硬膜外胶原酶溶核治疗腰椎间盘突出症损伤范围小，病人痛苦小，手术成功率高，可降低病人手术费用，有其独到之处。

Comparison Effects of Epidural Spinal Chemical Nucleolysis Using Collagenase and Spinal Nucleus Excision in the Treatment of Herniation of Lumbar Disc

Objective: To explore the new technology of non-operative therapy in epidural spinal nucleolysis using collagenase. Methods: To Compare the effects of epidural spinal chemical nucleolysis using collagenase with spinal nucleus excision in the treatment of herniation of lumbar disc. Results: There was a significant difference in SLRT and VAS before and after therapy in the treatment group, and there was no significant difference between treatment and control groups. Conclusion: The therapy of epidural nucleolysis using collagenase has special value and decreases expense of patients.
