| 摘 要： | 本文应用化学发光（ＣＬ）方法体外检测了３９例海洛因依赖者多形核白细胞（ＰＭＮ）的化学发光的变化，结果表明：海洛因滥用者治疗前ＰＭＮ的ＣＬ值，未被ＯＺ刺激积分面积为２２．１±ｓ８．０２（×１０４ｃｐｓ／１０６ＷＢＣ），经脱毒治疗８－１２ｄ后为１５．３６±ｓ５．６１（×１０４ｃｐｓ／１０６ＷＢＣ），较脱毒前有所降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；经ＯＺ刺激后积分面积为３１５．６±ｓ９４．５（×１０４ｃｐｓ／１０６ＷＢＣ），脱毒８－１２ｄ后明显降低为１７６．２±ｓ９３．９（×１０４ｃｐｓ／１０６ＷＢＣ）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：经脱毒治疗后外周血ＰＭＮ的自由基有明显变化。同时观察了ＰＭＮ－ＣＬ在男女性别之间，与毒品滥用方式（烫吸与注射）、时间（＞１８月与＜１８月）及滥用量（＞１．０ｇ与＜１．０ｇ）的关系，未发现其有明显差异。

| Abstract: | The polymorphonuclear neutrophile-chemiluminoscence(PMN-CL)was studied in 39 cases of heroin addicts.The results showed that the integral area of PMN-CL stimulated by opsonic zymosan(OZ) in heroin addicts was much lower after 8-12 day detoxification (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in PMN-CL between male and female,intravenous injection and snorting, more or less than 1.0 g in dosage(g.d-1) of drug taking, shorter or longer than 18 months. Those indicated that the human PMN injured by heroin could significantly recover after 8-12 day detoxification therapy. |
