| 摘 要： | 药品不良反应监测是医院药学工作的重要部分,药剂科应在药品不良反应监测工作中充分发挥药学服务作用。针对我国医疗机构药品不良反应监测工作的现状,探讨药剂科开展药品不良反应监测的方法和模式。提出通过制定相应的制度措施,开展针对医务人员的宣传和培训,加强药品不良反应的信息化建设,以促进医疗机构药品不良反应监测工作的全面开展,保障公众用药安全。

| Abstract: | Adverse drug reaction（ADR） monitoring is the important work of hospital pharmacy, pharmacy service should give full scope to the monitoring work of ADR. In view of the status of ADR monitoring in medical institution, to discuss on the monitoring model of ADR monitoring that can be used by the pharmacy service. By carrying out the effective propaganda and training, and strengthen the informatization construction to promote the ADR monitoring and to guarantee the safety use of drug. |
