| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用及并发症的发生与防治。方法：回顾性分析1026例腹腔胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果：腹腔镜胆囊切除术成功率97.4％，严重并发症率1.37％，其中胆管损伤0.49％，胆漏0.49％，出血0.39％。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术创伤小、恢复快、痛苦少。严格腹腔镜手术程序可降低严重并发症率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the occurrence and prevention of operative complications.Method A total of 1 026 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were reviewed retrospectively. Results The success rate was 97.4%, andthe incidence rate of severe complications was 1.37%,including injury of choleduct(0.49%),bile leakage(0.49%),hemorrhage(0.39%). Conclusion Laparoscopiccholecystectomy is a safe and less pain technique. The major complications canbe reduced by strict procedures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
