放射性核素敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩的应用与进展

摘    要:瘢痕疙瘩是一种常见的皮肤病,目前治疗方法包括手术切除、药物治疗、激光治疗等,疗效均不理想。放射性核素敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩有其独到的优势,简单、方便、易行,并且价格适中,尤其是在与其他方法相结合时,疗效显著。当前应用于临床的放射性核素敷贴主要有发射β射线的90Sr-90Y敷贴和32P敷贴,还有发射γ射线的192Ir敷贴,目前均已成为治疗瘢痕疙瘩的主要方法之一。

Abstract:Keloid is a common skin disease with many treatments including surgery, drug therapy, laser therapy, etc. , though the curative effect are poor. Nuclide application is efficient for treating keloid, especially when combined with other methods. As an important therapy for keloid,nuclide application is safe,convenient and inexpensive. In clinical, nuclide application mainlyincludes 90Sr-90Y application,32P application with 13ray emission and 192Ir application with γ ray emission,all of which are the primary treatments for keloid.
