牙周非手术治疗对慢性牙周炎患者血清C反应蛋白及血脂水平的影响

目的：探讨牙周非手术治疗对慢性牙周炎患者血脂及血清C反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。方法选择身体健康的慢性牙周炎患者36例,随机分为牙周非手术治疗组和对照组,每组各18例。分别在治疗前、治疗后3个月检测两组患者的血脂和血清CRP水平,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组血清CRP水平由治疗前（2.3±0.7）mg/dl降至（1.8±0.6）mg/dl,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,平均降低0.498 mg/dl（95%CI=0.265-0.731 mg/dl）,此降低值与PLI、PD≥7 mm位点百分比的改善程度呈正相关关系（r=0.746、0.621, P〈0.01）。治疗前后血脂水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论积极有效的治疗慢性牙周炎可降低患者血清CRP水平。

Effect of nonsurgical periodontal therapy on C-reactive protein and serum lipids in patients with chronic periodontitis

Objective To determine if nonsurgical periodontal therapy has any effect on CRP and serum lipid levels in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 36 systemically healthy patients with chronic periodontitis were randomized to nonsurgical periodontal treatment group （n=18） and control group （n=18）. Levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） and serum lipids were measured at baseline and 3-month after periodontal therapy. Results The average CRP level significantly decreased from 2.3 mg/dl at baseline to 1.8 mg/dl （P〈0.05） after 3-month of periodontal therapy. The average reduction in CRP was 0.498 （95%CI=0.265-0.731 mg/dl）. And the reduction was significantly and positively correlated with the reduction of PLI and the percentage of sites with PD ≥ 7mm （r=0.746 and 0.621, respectively）. Nonsurgical periodontal therapy had no effect on the lipid parameters. Conclusion Nonsurgical periodontal therapy can make a significant reduction in the serum CRP leve of chronic periodontitis.
