| 摘 要： | 目的了解某部新兵的心理健康状况。方法对535名新兵采用症状自评量表进行测试,统计各因子分,并与军人常模进行比较,分析不同性别新兵的心理健康状况。结果新兵的强迫、人际关系分与军人常模比较差异有显著或极显著性(P<0.05或0.01),其中3.74%的新兵有不良心理反应,女兵躯体化、抑郁因子分明显高于男兵。结论该部新兵总的心理健康水平较好,女兵心理健康状况较男兵稍差。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health states in recruits of a certain unit.Methods Tests were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in 535 recruits,all factors' scores counted and compared with soldier norm,and mental health states of different gender recruits analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the scores of obsession and interpersonal relationships beween the recruits and the soldier norm(P<0.05 or 0.01),3.74% of the recruits had unhealthy psychic reactions,and scores of somatozation and depression were significantly higher in the female than in the male soldiers.Conclusion General mental health states are better in the recruits of the unit,mental health states of the female slightly poorer than those of the male soldiers. |
