精神分裂症患者述情障碍与精神症状关系的研究

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的述情障碍及其与精神症状的相关性。方法将61例精神分裂症患者设为研究组,随机抽取63名健康志愿者为对照组,采用多伦多述情障碍量表、阳性症状量表和阴性症状量表进行评定分析。结果多伦多述情障碍量表评分研究组因子III显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总分及其它各因子分均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组多伦多述情障碍量表总分和因子I评分与阳性症状量表总分及幻觉因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01),而与阴性症状量表评分无显著相关性。结论精神分裂症患者存在述情障碍,患者的情绪表达缺陷与某些阳性症状相关,具有较多的异质性。

Alexithymia and its relationships with psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenics

Objective To explore alexithymia and its correlation with psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenics.Methods 61 schizophrenics were assigned as research group and 63 randomly selected healthy volunteers as control group,evaluations conducted with the Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS).Results Of the TAS-20 factor III score was significantly higher(P<0.05)and total and the other factor score were very(P<0.01)in the research than in the control group.In the research group,the total and factor I score of the TAS-20 was positively related to the total and hallucination score of the PANSS(P<0.05 or 0.01)and not signifcantly to the score of the SANS.Conclusion Schizophrenics have an alexithymia which is related to some positive symptoms and has major heterogeneity.
