海南省高校女大学生心理健康状况调查

目的探讨高校女大学生心理健康状况,为高校女大学生心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用自拟特定指标调查问卷对海南省5所高校女大学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果女大学生对青春期生理卫生、保健常识、心理健康知识、常见疾病预防等知识有一定的了解,对心理健康知识一般了解者占23.56%,对心理健康含义有较全面理解者占24.02%,55.06%自我感觉轻度压抑,42.53%有自卑,40.46%人际关系敏感,35.75%焦虑不安,0.57%存在悲观失望情绪。结论当前高校女大学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题,加强心理健康教育,已成为当今高校教育工作者研究的重要课题。

A research for the mental health status of female university students in Hainan Province

Objective To explore the mental health status of female university students in order to provide references for mental health education.Methods Investigations were conducted with the Self-made Given Index Questionnaires among female students in five universities from Hainan.Results Female students had some understanding of adolescence physiological hygiene,conservancy common sense,mental health knowledge and common disease prevention,but only 23.56% of them get more message of mental health knowledge;24.02% comprehended the meaning of mental health more overall;55.06% had self-sensation mild suppression,42.53% self-abasement,40.46% interpersonal relationship sensitiveness,35.75% apprehension and even 0.57% disheartenedness.Conclusion Current female university students have many different degree of psychoproblems,their influencing factors are various and complicated,the important topic of university education workers at present is how to correctly know,and adopt effective measures and enhance mental health education.
