双相障碍患者父母心理健康状况及性格特征研究

目的探讨双相障碍患者父母的心理健康状况及性格特征。方法对46例双相障碍患者父母采用症状自评量表和明尼苏达多项个性调查表测评,并与中国常模进行对比分析。结果症状自评量表测评患者父母总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性均分、人际关系、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子分均显著低于常模(P<0.05或P<0.01);强迫症状因子分显著高于常模(P<0.05)。明尼苏达多项个性调查表效度量表评分,患者父母均高于常模,但父亲组只有诈病量表评分有极显著性差异(P<0.01),母亲组只有校正量表评分有显著性差异(P<0.05);临床量表评分患者父母癔病及轻躁狂因子分均显著高于常模,精神分裂、社会内向因子分均显著低于常模,差异均有显著或极显著性(P<0.05或0.01);父亲精神衰弱因子分极显著低于常模(P<0.01)。结论双相障碍患者父母的总体心理健康状况较好,强迫症状评分偏高可能反映了患者父母的固有素质特征;双相障碍患者父母具有外向、不稳定的性格特点,性格特征与患者的某些临床特征具有某种相似性。

Mental health status and character traits in the parents of patients with bipolar disorder

Objective To explore mental health status and character traits in the parents of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods Measurements were made with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and the Minnesota Multiple Personality Inventory(MMPI)in 46 parents of the patients with bipolar disorder and compared with Chinese norm.Results Compared with norm,the parents showed significantly higher total and average total,positive symptoms and average positive,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,paranoia and psychotic score of the SCL-90(P<0.05 or 0.01)and very signfificantly higher obsessive-compulsive score(P<0.01).Of the MMPI,parents' validity scores were higher than the norm's,but there was very significant difference in score of malingering scale of father group(P<0.01)and significant difference of revising scale of mother group(P<0.05);of clinical scale scores of parents' hysteria and hypomania were significantly higher and those of schizophrenia and social introvert lower compared with norm,differences were significant or very significant(P<0.05 or 0.01),and fathers' psychastheria score very significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health status of the parents of patients with bipolar disorder is better,higher obsession score possibly reflects the parents' innade diathesis feature;the parents have extroversion and unsteady character triats which have a similarity to some clinical feature.
