UPI与SCL-90在警卫部队新兵中的应用效果评价

目的 探讨大学生人格问卷及症状自评量表在部队新兵中的应用效果.方法 对某警卫部队1579名新兵采用大学生人格问卷及症状自评量表进行调查分析.结果 获得有效问卷1515份.症状自评量表筛查新兵中度以上心理卫生问题检出率为2.97%;大学生人格问卷筛查,可能存在严重心理问题,需要尽快约请咨询的第一类新兵检出率为2.4%;可能有某种心理问题,但不甚严重,应引起咨询机构注意的第二类新兵检出率为3.4%;大学生人格问卷及症状自评量表的阳性检出率无显著性差异(t=0.1789,P＞0.05),两量表测试结果经Pearson相关分析有较高相关性(r=0.767).结论 大学生人格问卷及症状自评量表均可以用来评定部队新兵心理健康状况.

Application evaluations of the UPI and SCL-90 in recruits from guard unit

Objective To explore the application effects of the University Personality Inventory(UPI)and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)in recruits.Methods Investigations were conducted with the UPI and SCL-90 in 1579 recruits from guard unit.Results Returned effective questionnaires were 1579.According to the SCL-90,the detection rate of moderate and above psychological health problems in recruits was 2.97%;according to the UPI,that of first-kind recruits who had suspected severe psycho-problems and need to consulting as soon as possible was 2.4%,that of the second-kind ones who might have some kind of psychoproblem which was not severe 3.4%;there was no significant difference in positive detection rate between the 2 scales(P>0.05),results of the 2 scales had higher dependability through Pearson Correlation Analysis.Conclusion Both the UPI and SCL-90 may be used for evaluating recruits' psychohealth state.
