胞二磷胆碱治疗MECT所致记忆障碍对照研究

目的探讨胞二磷胆碱改善无抽搐电休克治疗导致的记忆障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合无抽搐电休克适应症的110例抑郁症或躁狂症患者随机分为两组,研究组54例给予无抽搐电休克联合胞二磷胆碱治疗,对照组56例,单用无抽搐电休克治疗。于治疗前、首次、末次治疗当天及治疗后1w、2w末采用龚耀先修订的韦氏量表中的再认、图片、联想、背数4个因子进行评定分析。结果韦氏量表再认、图片、联想、背数因子测评,两组治疗前和首次治疗的当天各因子评分均无显著性差异(P均>0.05),第3～5次测评研究组各因子分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗前躁狂症患者因子分均显著高于抑郁症患者(P均<0.01);研究组第5次测评躁狂症患者各因子分有所回落。抑郁症患者第3次起鼓舞因子分均有所增加。结论抑郁症或躁狂症患者进行无抽搐电休克治疗时联合胞二磷胆碱治疗可改善其所致的记忆损害。

A control study of citicoline in the treatemnt of dysmnesia due to MECT

Objective To explore the curative effects of citicoline in the treatemnt of dysmnesia due to MECT.Methods 110 patients with deoression or anxiety fitting MECT indiction were divided into research group(n=54)receiving MECt combined with citicoline and control group(n=56)single MECT.Assessments were conducted with 4 factors such as recognition,card,association and repeating numbers of the Wechster Memory Scale(WMS)before treatment,on that days of the first and late time treatment and at the ends of the 1st and 2nd week after the late time.Results There were no significant differences in the 4 factor scores of both groups before treatment and on that day of the first treatment(P>0.05),the 4 factor scores of the 3rd to 5th measurements were significantly higher in the research group than in the control(P<0.01);before treatment,factors' scores were obviously higher of patients with mania than of ones with depression(P<0.01);the score of the 5th measurement in mania of the research group decreased and that of the inspiriting in depression increased since the 3rd measurement.Conclusion The MECT combined with citicoline may improve memeory impairments of patients with depression or mania due to the MECT.
