摘    要:目的:观察锌(Zn)、维生素A(VA)、维生素B2(VB2)缺乏和强化补充后对初断乳大鼠血清、心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。方法:通过耗竭方式造成初断乳大鼠的Zn、VA、VB2单独和联合缺乏模型后强化补充相应营养素。造模成功及干预结束后,测血清和心肌线粒体总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性。结果:Zn、VA、VB2缺乏和补充对大鼠血清T-SOD活性无明显影响,而VB2缺乏和3种营养素联合缺乏可致心肌线粒体T-SOD活性显著降低,单独补充VA、VB2和3种营养紊联合补充可致大鼠心肌线粒体T-SOD活性显著增加。结论:Zn、VA、VB2缺乏对初断乳大鼠心肌线粒体T-SOD活性有明显影响,提示重视婴幼儿期Zn、VA、VB2营养具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of Zinc(Zn), vitamin A(VA) and riboflavin(VB 2) alone or combined deficiency and supplement on serum and myocardial mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of weanling rats.Methods:Zn,VA and VB 2 alone or combined deficiency were induced by nutrient depletion, and subsequent repleted with appropriate nutrient supplement. After intervention, serum and myocardial mitochondrial total SOD (T-SOD) activity were detected.Results:Decreased myocardial mitochondrial T-SOD activity caused by VA and VB 2 alone or combined deficiency for three nutrients in rats were observed. After supplement of these nutrients, myocardial mitochondrial T-SOD activity were increased significantly.Conclusion:Zn, VA and VB 2 deficiency in rats can reduce myocardial mitochondrial SOD activity, and it is suggested that the deficiency of these nutrients may influence growth and developments of infant and young children.
