| Abstract: | 15 cases of primary tumor of kidney were all diagnosed by pathological means after the operation. A detailed discussion is given on the direct and indirect X-ray signs of primary renal tumor in correlation with clinical symptoms. Routine renograpny is still an effective and cost-effective diagnostic procedure. |
