| 摘 要： | 目的评价急咳停颗粒治疗急性支气管炎风热犯肺证的安全性及临床疗效。方法采用随机、双盲、双模拟、阳性药平行对照、多中心临床研究方法，试验组人组321例服用急咳停颗粒，对照组人组107例服用风热咳嗽胶囊。比较2组临床疗效、中医症状总积分及咳嗽、咯痰症状改善情况。结果治疗后试验组临床疗效、中医症状总积分以及咳嗽、咯痰症状组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急咳停颗粒治疗急性支气管炎风热犯肺证疗效确切，未发现不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Jiketing Granule for treatment of acute bronchitis with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung. Methods With randomized, double-blinding, double-simulation, positive parallel control and multieenter research methods, 321 eases in the treatment group were treated with Jiketing Granule, while 107 cases in the control group were treated with capsule of wind-heat cough. The clinical efficacy, total score of TCM symptoms and improvement of cough and phlegm in two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, total score of TCM symptoms and improvement of cough and phlegm in the treatment group had significant differences from those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Jiketing Granule has certain effects on treatment of acute bronchitis with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung, in which no adverse reaction is seen. |
