经尿道电汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤

摘    要:目的探讨经尿道电汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤疗效。方法从2001年至2004年共施行经尿道治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤电汽化术(TUVBT)26例,占同期膀胱肿瘤手术的70%。本文讨论了TUVBT的适应证,切除肿瘤的深度、范围及不同部位电切的技巧,并发症的处理,疗效等。结果该手术方法操作简便,不需输血,痛苦小,恢复快,费用低。对于Ta、T1;G1、G2病例尤为适用。TUVBT术后3个月至3年复查膀胱镜时原肿瘤部位均无肿瘤复发。结论TUVBT治疗膀胱肿瘤近期效果好,其远期疗效有待进一步随访观察。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Transurethral electrovaporization-ablation for the treatment of superficial bladder tumors. Methods Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of superficial bladder tumors was performed from 2001 to 2004 for 26 cases with bladder tumor, It accounted for about 70% of surgical management of bladder tumors. the indication, technique, management of complications and its therapeutic effectiveness were discussed.Result Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of superficial bladder tumors was a rather simple procedure with no need of blood transfusion, less distress to the patient and more economical. Quick recovery was usually observed. Ta,T_1 and G_1,G_2 tumors were the most suitable for transurethral electrovaporization ablation of superficial bladder tumors. Cystoscopic examination months to year after operation revealed no recurrence of tumor in all our patients.Conclusion The effect of TUVBT is significant. The characteristics, indication and points for attention of TUVBT were discussed in detail.
