摘    要:目的:探讨ras基困突变与膀胱癌组织分化之间的关系.方法:采用聚合酶链反应-单链DNA构象多态性分析法,对30例患者膀胱癌组织Ha-ras基因ExonⅠ点突变情况进行了检测.结果:膀胱癌组织分化Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级,其c-Ha-ras ExonⅠ点突变阳性率分别为25.0%、30.8%、88.9%,随癌组织级别升高,ras癌基因Exon Ⅰ点突变率明显增加,经X~2检验有显著性差异(P<0.01)结论:c-Ha-ras ExonⅠ点突变可以作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度的监测指标.

Abstract:ve:To investigate the relationship between ras gene mutation and tissue differentiation in carcinoma of urinary bladder. Method:c-Ha-ras Exon I was detected by polymeras chain reaction product-single strand conformation polymorphism analysis on specimens of 30 bladder cancer cases. Result:The positive ratios of c-Ha-ras Exon I were 25.0 % , 30.8 % , 88.9 % respectively at tissue differentiation grades I , II and III in carcinoma of urinary bladder.The higher the grade, the higher the ratio of the mutation. Chi-sqaure test showed obvious difference ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: c-Ha-ras Exon I mutation can be regarded as a monitor index to decide the malignant degree of carcinoma of urinary bladder.
