| 摘 要： | 目的：建立能快速检查颠茄片巾非法添加阿托品的经济、实用方法，提高颠茄片的质量控制标准。方法：以浓氨溶液一水一丙酮（3：7：90）为展开剂，以稀碘化铋钾试液、亚硝酸钠试液为显色剂，运用薄层色谱法对颠茄片进行定性分析。结果：对20余批不同生产企业颠茄片的鉴别检查中，有11批次样品检出非法添加阿托品，鉴别特征明湿。结论：该方法专属性强、操作简便，可为颠茄片的质量控制提供依据。
