| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二尖瓣生物瓣置换改良间断缝合方法的临床效果。方法 62例二尖瓣瓣膜疾病患者中,23例采用传统间断缝合法,39例采用改良间断缝合法,比较两种手术方法体外循环时间及主动脉阻断时间。结果两组在体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良间断缝合法不增加体外循环、主动脉阻断时间,操作简单,下瓣容易,在临床中可考虑使用。
