| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨哌拉西林／他唑巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：选取80例我院治疗的下呼吸道感染患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组40例，对照组给予哌拉西林／舒巴坦治疗，治疗组给予哌拉西林／他唑巴坦。结果：随访观察显示治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为85．00％和67．50％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），哌拉西林／他唑巴坦组临床疗效更好。结论：哌拉西林／他唑巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效好、不良反应少，可在临床推广。
