| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑多发性硬化（MS）的特征性MRI表现,提高诊断水平。方法：收集28例MS患者的MRI检查资料,所有患者均常规扫描T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR序列,其中10例进行了Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果：28例MS患者脑部MRI均有阳性发现,均为多发病灶,共发现病灶193个,病灶主要位于侧脑室旁（30.57%）,半卵圆中心（23.32%）,皮质或皮质下（20.21%）,胼胝体（16.06%）。病灶均表现为长T1长T2信号,形态多为大小不等的圆形或卵圆形,典型病灶垂直于侧脑室。12个病灶出现强化,结节状强化5个,环状强化3个,弧形或开环状强化4个。15个病灶中心见到扩张小静脉。结论：MRI能清楚显示脑内的MS病灶,有相对特征性的表现。
