土茯苓应用浅谈

明代以前无土茯苓的记载,因李时珍《本草纲目》记载其"治杨梅毒疮"后始广为人知。总结土茯苓在后世的发展应用,除治疗"杨梅毒疮"等性病外,临床用于治疗头痛、痹症、淋证、疮癣等。其药性平和,沿海地区常用于药膳食疗,主要用清除体内湿热。并有抗肿瘤作用,广泛用于各种抗肿瘤药膳中。

Brief discussion on application of Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome

There were no relevant records about Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome before the Ming dynasty,and it became well-known because of that LI Shi-zhen stated that it could cure syphilitic skin lesion in Compendium of Materia Medica.This paper summarizes the development and application of Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome in later generations.Except the treatment of venereal disease,it is also used to treat headache,arthromyodynia,stranguria,leprosy and so on.In the coastal area,it is often used in the medicated diet for food to remove hot and humidity,and it is widely used in various anti-cancer medicated diet because of its anti-tumor effect.
