| 摘 要： | 目的 观察膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBt）的同时行经尿道前列腺电切术（TULIP）的临床疗效和肿瘤复发率。方法91例膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者，A组49例同期行TURBt和TURP手术治疗，B组42例行TURBt手术，对其术前术后指标进行统计分析。结果A组1～3个月复查，IPSS、Qmax、PRV均较术前改善，6～36个月随访，7例膀胱内复发，无尿道、前列腺窝转移。B组42例，1～3个月复查，IPSS、Qmax、PRV均较术前无明显改善。6—36个月随访，膀胱内肿瘤复发6例，前列腺窝转移1例。结论同期行TURBt及TULIP，可以解除排尿不畅，减少膀胱肿瘤诱发因素，增加憋尿时间，保证化疗效果，无增加前列腺窝及尿道的肿瘤种植风险。
