| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）与急性脑梗死（ACI）的相关性及药物干预的效果。方法选取确诊的61例急性脑梗死患者和35例健康对照者；分析急性脑梗死时同型半胱氨酸对患者发病及病情的影响，寻找简便可行的预防用药。结果ACI组中Hey水平较健康对照组高（P〈0．05）；而在ACI患者中：SSS评分与Hey水平呈正相关（r=0．436，P=0．031），NIHSS评分与Hey水平呈正相关（r=0．412，P=0．028）；治疗后干预治疗组的Hcy下降程度也高于非干预治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论Hcy与ACI的发生、病情以及药物干预的关系密切，可作为病情判断及转归的指标，也可作为高危人群早期预防干预的参考指标。
