早期肾综合征出血热凝血功能检测结果分析及其临床意义

目的：通过检测早期HFRS患者凝血功能变化，分析其临床意义。方法：实验组为我院收治的HFRS患者65例，发病时间1～5d。对照组为健康人群65例。检测受试者的凝血功能，对比分析检测结果。结果：实验组中血小板（PIJT）和纤维蛋白原（Fib）均降低，与病情程度呈反比例关系，各组间有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；凝血酶原时间（PT）和活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）均延长，与病情程度呈正比例关系，各组间有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。DIC总发生率为21．5％，其发生率与病情程度成正比例关系。总病死率为3．1％。结论：早期HFRS凝血功能检测，可以预示病情的严重程度，．
