| 摘 要： | 目的总结单纯改良McBride术及改良McBride术联合第一跖骨基底外翻截骨治疗踇外翻的疗效。方法我科2004年6月～2009年9月共实施57例踇外翻矫形手术，其中行单纯McBride法30例（47足）、行改良McBride法联合第一跖骨基底外翻截骨术27例（44足）。结果经过1年2个月-3年3个月（平均2年4个月）的随访，取得了满意的疗效，优良率分别为95．7％、97．7％。结论两种方法尤其是改良McBride法联合第一跖骨基底外翻截骨术为软组织结合骨牲手术，术后跨外翻角、跖骨角及足的外形等各个方面矫形效果可靠。
