| 摘 要： | 病例教学法（Case—Based Study，CBS）是一种以病例为基础的教学法。通过对实际病例的分析，培养学生综合素质，引导学生将抽象的理论与临床实践相结合，培养学生综合分析、思考问题和解决问题的能力，提高教学质量。将病例教学法引入心内科教学中，充分调动了学生的学习积极性，取得良好的教学效果，是提高教学质量和学生素质极为有效的方法。
