| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性阴道炎的治疗与预防措施。方法选择2009年10月～2010年4月在我院接受治疗的老年妇女阴道炎患者68例，按照贯序法随机分为观察组和对照组，各34例。观察组患者采用复方甲硝唑栓联合倍美力软膏治疗，对照组患者仅采用倍美力软膏治疗，疗程均为28d。治疗结束后对两组的疗效及阴道细胞学结果进行对比分析。结果观察组的痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；阴道细胞学检查结果显示，观察组和对照组患者的MI分别为31／61／8、57／40／3，观察组与对照组相比明显中移，少部分右移。结论复方甲硝唑栓联合倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎能明显改善症状，增加治愈率，且未明显增加不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
