| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定耐药的乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：选择本院2008年4月～2010年3月收治的乙型肝炎患者中对拉米夫定耐药者120例,随机分为研究组（60例）和对照组（60例）,研究组在拉米夫定的基础上给予阿德福韦酯治疗,对照组继续给予拉米夫定治疗,治疗1年后观察治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=16.73,P〈0.05）,两组治疗前谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBIL）差异无统计学意义（t=0.83、0.62,P〉0.05）,治疗后研究组ALT、TBIL明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=12.68、5.12,P〈0.05）。治疗过程中两组不良反应事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.26,P〉0.05）,不良反应较轻,均未出现因不良反应停药患者。结论：乙型肝炎出现拉米夫定耐药后,给予阿德福韦酯治疗,效果较好,值得应用。
