甘精、地特、人胰岛素对3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨甘精、地特、人胰岛素对3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素mRNA表达的影响。方法体外培养3T3-L1脂肪细胞,诱导分化成熟后加入含有1nmol/L、10nmol/L、100nmol/L、1000nmol/L甘精、地特、人胰岛素的基础培养基培养24h,并设立基础培养基组为空白对照组,培养24h,RT-PCR方法检测脂肪细胞脂联素mRNA水平。结果100nmol/L、1000nmol/L甘精、地特、人胰岛素均抑制脂联素mRNA的表达中,1000nmol/L胰岛素的抑制作用强于100nmol/L胰岛素。地特胰岛素的抑制作用弱于人胰岛素及甘精胰岛素。甘精胰岛素的抑制作用弱于人胰岛素。结论高浓度甘精、地特、人胰岛素均不同程度抑制3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素mRNA的表达。
