| 摘 要： | 目的了解高考体检学生对预防近视知识的认知及行为情况，以探讨如何降低近视眼的发生率、减轻近视程度、促进青少年的健康成长，同时查找健康教育中的薄弱环节，为制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用无记名问卷调查法，对嵊州市476名高考体检学生进行调查。结果高考体检学生对预防近视的认知、行为正确率较低。结论应根据青少年的特点，制定适合青少年的教育措施，加强系统性、完整性的预防知识的教育，培养正确的观念和生活方式。加强健康教育，提高知晓率和预防意识，开展行为干预，纠正不良行为，以降低近视患病率，减缓或控制近视加深。
