| 摘 要： | 目的观察亚太型Gamma钉治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折66例的疗效。方法对66例老年股骨转子周围骨折均采用亚太型Gamma钉固定。结果平均随访15个月,骨折愈合率96%,髋关节功能优良率89%。并发症：股骨干骨折1例,拉力螺钉退出2例,迟发感染1例。结论 Gamma钉治疗股骨转子周围骨折,具有损伤小,出血少,操作简便,固定牢固等优点,为治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the national-made Gamma nail to treat 66 cases of elderly peritrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods Sixty-six cases of elderly peritrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with fixation of gamma nail.Results The mean follow-up period were 15 months.The healing rate was 96%,89% cases had good hip functions.The complications included: one case of femoral shaft fracture,2 cases of lag screw withdrawing the femoral head and one case with late infection.Conclusion Gamma nai... |
