| 摘 要： | 目的观察瘢痕子宫再次妊娠采用不同分娩方式的效果。方法回顾分析我院2008年8月～2010年8月瘢痕子宫再次妊娠180例孕妇的临床资料，并比较其阴道分娩、剖宫产与同期初产妇两种分娩结局的差异。结果瘢痕子宫阴道分娩与初产妇阴道分娩产时各观察指标比较均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；瘢痕子宫较初产妇剖宫产各观察指标比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩并非剖宫产绝对指征，阴道分娩可减少再次剖宫产的创伤及加重盆腔脏器的粘连、腹部切口愈合不良等并发症，如没有再次剖宫产指征应给予试产机会，但需要掌控适应证和禁忌证，严密观察产程进展。
