| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果，了解复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组都采用阿司匹林、硝酸甘油等常规治疗，并对有其他病症的患者采取相应治疗。治疗组患者除上述治疗外口服复方丹参滴丸；对照组口服常规西药。结果治疗组的治疗有效率为95．0％，对照组的治疗有效率为72．5％，两组治疗效果有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。治疗组心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组心电图改善情况好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在常规用药的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸能更有效地控制心绞痛的发生次数，明显好于单纯的西药治疗，且副作用少、价格低廉，值得临床推广。
