更年期高血压妇女动态血压分析及其与左心室功能的关系

摘    要:目的分析更年期高血压妇女动态血压及其与左心室功能的关系。方法96例更年期高血压妇女作为观察组,按24h动态脉压(APP)分为两组;88例健康更年期妇女作为对照组。通过24hAPP监测和超声心动图检查,分析APP与左心室功能的相关性。结果观察组24h、白天和夜间的SBP、DBP均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05);观察组血压昼夜节律以非杓型和反杓型为主,对照组以长柄杓型为主,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01);24hAPP与年龄、APFV和A/E呈正相关(P〈0.05),与EPFV呈负相关(P〈0.05),与收缩功能无相关性。结论更年期高血压妇女24hAPP与左室肥厚和舒张压功能不全密切相关。而对寿窜收缩功能无明昂影响.可作为评价其靶器官榻害的萤要指标.

Relation between Ambulatory Pulse Pressure and Left Ventricl Function in the Patients with Menopause Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between 24-hour blood ambulatory pulse pressure and its different phase with cardiac function in the patients with menopause hypertension. Methods 98 patients with menopause hypertension and 88 healthy menopause citizens were studied by Ambulatory BP Recording and Doppler Echoeardiography.The patients with menopause hypertension were devided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ according to 24h APP. Results SBP,DBP of 24-hour,daytime and nighttime in the treatment group were higher than those in control group with significant difference (P〈0.05);Atrial peak flow velocity(APFV),A/E and age all alone and jointly positively correlated with APP(P〈0.05 );early diastolic peak flow velocity(EPFV ) negatively correlated with APP(P〈 0.05);and the systole index didn't correlate with APP. Conclusion 24-hour APP of the patients with menopause hypertension is related to LVH and Left venfficnlar diastolic function,no correlation with left ventricular systolic function,can be used as the important indicators of target organ damage.
