| 摘 要： | 目的]建立以高效液相色谱法测定牛黄化毒片中的连翘苷含量的方法。方法]色谱为C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-水(23∶77),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为室温。结果]连翘苷检测浓度在0.194 6～2.919 0μg范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.90%相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.69%]。结论]该方法可用于牛黄化毒片的质量检测。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish HPLC method for determination of forsythin content in Niuhuang Huadu tablets.Methods] The determination was performed on C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(23∶77)with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 230 nm under room temperature.Results] Forsythin had good linear relation in the range of 0.194 6～2.919 0 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.90%(RSD=1.69%).Conclusion] The method can be used to control the quality of Niuhuang Huadu tablets. |
