高强度聚焦超声原位灭活胸腹壁转移瘤的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 研究高强度聚焦超声 (high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)无侵袭性原位灭活胸腹壁转移瘤的疗效。方法  18例晚期恶性肿瘤胸腹壁转移患者接受 HIFU治疗 ,观察 HIFU治疗前和治疗后的临床症状和影像学 (B超、 MRI)变化情况。结果  HIFU治疗后 12例患者转移瘤疼痛不适症状完全消失 ,B超和 MRI显示 HIFU治疗转移瘤的靶区完全凝固性坏死 ,13例转移瘤完全坏死 ,5例大部分坏死 (范围 >80 % ) ,HIFU治疗的总有效率 10 0 %。结论  HIFU对胸腹壁转移瘤无侵袭性原位灭活的疗效是肯定和显著的

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiv en ess of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the noninvasive treatment of the patients with metastatic tumors of thoracoabdominal wall.Methods:HIFU treatment was performed in the 18 patients with metastatic tumors of thoracoabdominal wall Before and after the treatment,evaluation of efficacy wa s made on the basis of clinical symptoms and imaging examinations (B-mode ultra sound and MRI).Results:After the HIFU treatment,clinical symptoms completely di sappeared in 12 patients B-mode ultrasound and MRI showed completely coagulat ive necrosis in the target region of metastatic tumors and complete tumor necros is in 13 patients and subtotal necrosis in 5 The effective rate of the HIFU tr eatment was 100% in 18 patients with metastatic tumors of thoracoabdominal wall.Conclusions:High intensity focused ultrasound can efficiently tr eat for metastatic tumors of thoracoabdominal wall.
