胃灵颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床观察

[目的]观察胃灵颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)胃癌前病变(GPL)、中医辨证属脾虚肝郁血瘀证患者的疗效。[方法]选择确诊为GPL、中医辨证属脾虚肝郁血瘀证患者112例,随机分为2组,治疗组64例予胃灵颗粒治疗,对照组48例予胃复春治疗,12周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。[结果]治疗组的临床、胃镜和病理疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者抗幽门螺杆菌疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]胃灵颗粒对GPL有良好的疗效。

Clinical study of Weiling Granules on precancerous lesion in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

[Objective]To study the effect of Weiling Granules(WG)on gastric precancerous lesion(GPL) in patients suffering from chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) differentiated as spleen deficiency with liver stagnation and blood stasis in TCM syndrome differentiation.[Methods]One hundred and twelve patients fitting to the admittance criteria were randomly divided into two groups,sixty four patients were treated with WG as the treatment group and forty eight cases were treated with Weifuchun as the control group,all were treated for 24 weeks.[Results] The curative effects of symptom,gastroscopy and pathologic changes in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion ]WG is a good effective drug for GPL.
