老年性主动脉瓣钙化的超声表现及危险因素研究

目的 分析老年性主动脉瓣钙化的超声表现及其危险因素。方法 回顾性研究3000例50岁以上患者的心脏超声心动图检查结果，重点观察主动脉瓣的钙化情况；分析老年性主动脉瓣钙化与年龄、性别及高血压病的关系；对32例严重钙化的瓣膜进行病理观察。结果 ≥65岁组与50—65岁组，按年龄分组后男女性别及有无高血压各组间比较，主动脉瓣钙化检出率有统计学意义；老年性主动脉瓣钙化位置主要在瓣体。结论 高龄、男性、高血压病等是主动脉瓣钙化的危险因素；老年性主动脉瓣膜钙化以瓣体病变为主。

A Study of Senile Aortic Valve Calcification by Color Doppler Echocardiography and Pathology Observation

Objective To study the characteristics of senile aortic valve calcification by using of color doppler echocardio-graphy and pathology examination. Methods A review of 3 000 patients over 50 years old examined by Color Doppler Echocardiography were conducted. Analyze the relation between senile aortic valve calcification and age, sex and hypertension. The pathologic observation of the aortic valves were carried out in 32 patients with severe aortic valve calcification. Results The detection rate of senile aortic valve calcification is obviously different between the group of over 65 and the group of 60 - 65. Meanwhile, there was significant difference between sexes. The difference between patients with hypertension and those with no hypertension was marked. The prevalence of degenerative aortic were most in aortic leaflet tissue by pathologic observation. Conclusion The aortic valve calcification occurred easily in male patients with hypertension, and the occurrence rate increased with age. The specificity index of senile calcification ought to be the pathologic variation of aortic leaflet tissue.
