| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨农村育龄妇女药物流产清宫率的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2008年5～12月在辽宁省"十一五"农村卫生适宜技术6个推广示范县的县级计划生育服务机构诊治的2125例药物流产者的登记表资料。结果:清宫率为42.0%,其中提前主动清宫者占全部清宫者的88.5%;年龄40岁以上、产次大于1次、闭经大于49天、有药物流产史、剖宫产史(1年内)、胎囊直径≥10mm均是育龄妇女药物流产清宫率的影响因素。结论:根据清宫率的影响因素,可以对药物流产的育龄妇女进行必要的筛选行提前主动清宫术,以达到提高药物流产效果的目的。 |
