西藏自治区在校大学生心理健康状况调查研究

目的探讨西藏自治区在校大学生心理健康状况的现状。方法用临床症状自评量表（SCL-90）对全区大学生进行调查研究。结果①女生心理健康状况比男生差，恐怖因子男女之间存在显著差异（t=-3．700 P〈0．05）；②农村大学生心理健康状况比城镇大学生差，其中焦虑、精神病性达到显著性水平（t=-2．761 P〈0．05；t=-2．799 P〈0．05）；③汉族学生心理健康状况比藏族学生差，人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性3个方面差异显著（t=-2．856 P〈0．05；t=-3．312，〈0．05；t=-2．733 P〈0．05）。结论加强大学生的心理卫生保健，有利于减少心理问题，促进人格的健康发展。

Investigation and Analysis on Mental Health Conditions of College Students in Tibet Autonomy Region

Objective To find out the mental health status of college students in Tibet Autonomy Region. Methods College students in Tibet were investigated with SCL-90 questionnaire. Results ①The mental health of female students wax worse than that of male students, and there was significant gender difference in phobia factor（t=-3. 700 P〈0.05）. ②The mental health status of rural students was worse than that of urban students, especially in anxiety and psychosis （t=-2. 761 P〈0. 05;t=-2. 799 P〈0. 05）. ③The mental health status of Han students was worse than that of Tibet students,especially in interpersonal sensitivity, depression and psychosis （t=-2. 856 P〈0. 05;t=-3. 312 P〈0. 05;t=-2. 733 P〈0.05）. Conclusion To improve mental health is useful for decreasing metal problems and promoting personality development.
