高职护生人格特征和主观幸福感的关系研究

目的 探讨高职护生的人格特征与主观幸福感的关系,以及主观幸福感的影响因素,为促进其身心健康提供依据.方法 采用总体幸福感量表、艾森克人格问卷、自制调查问卷对363名高职护生进行问卷调查,分析其总体幸福感水平、人格特点及两者的关系,以及主观幸福感的影响因素.结果 高职护生主观幸福感得分为(81.58±12.14)分,高于常模(P<0.01);各年级学生、是否独生子女的主观幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一年级、非独生子女的护生主观幸福感得分相对较低(P<0.05);主观幸福感与精神质和神经质呈负相关(P<0.01),与外向性呈正相关(P<0.01);回归分析结果显示,人格特征(神经质、外向性、精神质)、年级是主观幸福感的主要影响因素(P<0.05).结论 高职护生主观幸福感总体水平较高,相比而言,一年级、非独生子女护生的主观幸福感水平偏低;人格特征和年级高低对高职护生主观幸福感具有影响作用.
