| Abstract: | The transformation from conventional to modern medicine and consequently the growth in hospital contribution to productive forces require: increasingly more research and use of new and high technologies such as bioengineering, information technology, image - guided techniques, minimally - invasive surgery, microtherapy; dynamic combination and balance of basic and application research, high and conventional technology, independent research and technology imports, scientific research and the spread of results, in ways of mutual support, promotion, facilitation; from the overall interests and strategic perspectives, developing the hospital services and relevant personnel cultivation through professional, technological, financial plans; diversifying the contents and forms of hospital development to adapt the various categories of health services professionals to the Sci - Tech development. |
