吸毒人员伤害发生情况及降低危害措施可接受性调查

目的研究吸毒人员的自我伤害和伤害他人的状况以及降低吸毒危害措施的可接受性，以便为相应措施研究提供科学依据。方法主要通过问卷调查的方式，采用EpiData2．1a录人数据，采用Stata8．0软件包进行数据分析。结果共发放问卷639份，其中填写个人基本信息为487人，占全部调查人员的76．2％。在毒瘾发作时，想过伤害自己和他人的事情的占49．69％，而做过伤害自己和他人的事情的占44．97％。其中包括：砍伤、烫伤、用头撞墙、服药过量、自杀等。有半数以上的人愿意接受降低伤害的措施，如：固定地点注射器以旧换新、半费服用美沙酮、接受社会提供的心理帮教等。结论伤害在吸毒人员中经常发生，了解吸毒人员自我伤害和伤害他人情况非常必要，进而为制定相应的降低伤害的措施提供依据。

Investigation of Injury and Acceptability of Harm Reduction Measures Among Drug-addicts

Objective To study the situation of the self-injury or injure others and acceptability of harm reduction measures among the drug-addicts and to give the theoretic bases of take relative measures. Methods: Questionnaires were used to obtain the data, which were inputted by EpiData2.1a and analyzed by Stata8.0. Result: The proportion of those whshaving thought to injure himself or others is 49.69% and 44.97% of who have been injured when the drug addicts could not control themselves. More than half of the drug addicts are willing to accept the measures to reduce the dissevvice. Conclusion: Accidental injuries are common frequently among drug addicts, more than half of them are willing to accept the harm reduction measures (for example, the needle exchange in certain place, taking the Methdone half free for them, accepting the psychological help given by the society). It is necessary to know the situation of the drug addicts. Some intervention measures should be taken to prevent their occurrence of accidental injuries.
