| Abstract: | A study of a patient with metastatic cancer of the breast is presented in which two parameters of tumor activity, serum isomerase and urinary calcium, were determined over a nine-month period. The usefulness, limitations and interpretations of these parameters are discussed in the light of the patient's clinical course. |
