急性巨核细胞白血病的免疫表型分析

摘    要:目的 探讨急性巨核细胞白血病(AMKL)的免疫表型特点及其意义。方法 利用多种单克隆抗体对5例急性巨核白血病患的白血病细胞进行标记,应用间接免疫荧光技术或流式细胞术检测各单抗的表达率。2例通过电镜观察血小板过氧化物酶的表达。结果 4/5例表达巨核系单抗,所有病例均不表达淋巴系相关单抗,但3例有髓系单抗的表达。HLA-Dr、CD34、CD38也表达于不同的病例。结论 AMKL可能起源于较早期的干细

Phenotypy Analysis of Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia

Abstract:To explore the phenotypy characteristics of blast cells in patients with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia. Methods Leukemic cells from five patients were labeled with a panel of monoclonal antibodies by using indirect immunofluorescence or flow cytometry so as to detect the expression rate of each monoclonal body. In 2 cases, platelet peroxidase was observed under electron microscope. Results 4/ 5 patients were positive in monoclonal antibody expressions while no expressions were detected in the relative monoclonal antibodies of the lymphatic lineage. However positive expressions were demonstrated in myeloid ones (CD13, CD14, CD33) in 3 cases. HLA - Dr, CD34, CD38 were also expressed in some cases. Conclusion AMKL could originate from the earlier stem cells with the heterogenous phenotypy characteristics which was the refection of well - differentiated and maturation of the megakaryocyte lineage.
